Associates
Yeager Realty started with a
$5,000 loan as a one-person
office in 1984. This office was
in the home of Paula Yeager,
Principal Broker. Eventually, it
became apparent that in order to
be as professional as possible,
we had to move to a more
centrally located spot. That
office turned out to be the
office we still occupy in
Liberty.
One person became two, became
three, and, well, you can take
it from there.
It's our belief that it takes
teamwork to market and sell a
house for our client. We also
believe that it takes teamwork
to find a house that fits the
description given to us by the
buyer. We would like to take
this opportunity to introduce
you to the team that we've put
together at Yeager Realty which
is, in our estimation, the best
in the county.
Our team of Real Estate
Professionals consists of 45
Associate Brokers and Sales
Associates. All are members of
the Sullivan County Board of
Realtors, the Greater Hudson
Valley Board of Realtors, and
the Multiple Listing Service of
both Boards. As such, we are
able to show any home or
property that is listed for sale
with a Realtor in Orange County,
Rockland County, Duchess County,
and Ulster Counter, with our
specialization in Sullivan
County. We also have the ability
to seek out a new listing, where
appropriate.
With three offices, one at the
"Gateway to Sullivan County" in
Rock Hill at exit 109, one on
Route 17B on route to Bethel
from
exit 104; and the other being
our original office centrally
located in Liberty at exit 100,
we are able to cover the county
to search out properties for the
buyer with very specific tastes.
We are also able to market our
listings to the widest
cross-section of buyers
interested in our beautiful
county. All three offices are
open 7 days a week and are
staffed with knowledgeable
personnel.
We enjoy an excellent reputation

we were honored by the Greater
Liberty Chamber of Commerce as
